Delivery -
- Free for US orders of $50 and over
- There is a $5 charge for orders under $50
- Order will be delivered within 3-8 business days
- Orders will be dispatched Monday through Friday. Deliveries usually happen on weekdays, but sometimes they might occur on weekends depending on the carrier
- Standard shipping orders will usually be shipped via USPS Ground
- We are currently only able to offer standard shipping to the contiguous (lower 48) states of the US
- We do support shipping to ADO/DPO/FPO
Returns
We hope you love your Christy products. You can return your item within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Returned items must be unused, and in original packaging with tags attached. If your order contains a freebie and you are returning any item in the order, you will also need to return the freebie.
If you're in the contiguous US, click here and you will be taken to our customer returns portal. Once you have completed and received your returns approval via email, you can return your item(s) to us via USPS for free (there are detailed instructions below on how to do this).
