What is our return policy?

We hope you love your Christy products. You can return your item within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Returned items must be unused, and in original packaging with tags attached. If your order contains a freebie and you are returning any item in the order, you will also need to return the freebie.

If you're in the contiguous US, click here and you will be taken to our customer returns portal. Once you have completed and received your returns approval via email, you can return your item(s) to us via USPS for free (there are detailed instructions below on how to do this).

Once we have received your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days, subject to quality check.

All International orders are final and are not eligible for returns.

For faulty goods

At Christy, we do our best to ensure all our products are tip-top quality, but occasionally there might be a small flaw with one of our items.

If you'd like to return a faulty or defective item, please contact us at info@christyhome.com, including your order number and the full details of the faulty product in your email. We'll arrange for you to return the item for inspection by a member of our quality control team. If the product is found to be genuinely faulty or defective, we will either replace the item or provide a refund, depending on your preference.

Fraud prevention

We may suspend or cancel payment or refuse a refund request if we find reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, or unlawful or other manipulative behavior.

Returning through our returns portal

  • Enter the order number (for example, 498605) and the email address you used to place the order and let us know your reason for returning the item
  • Once you have submitted your returns request, we aim to approve it within 1 business day
  • Once we’ve approved the return, we will send you a returns label and instructions via email. If you do not receive the returns label from us, please first check your spam / junk mailbox and if it’s still not there reach out to us at info@christyhome.com
  • Print the returns label and paste it to the outside of the parcel, making sure to cover any other labels
  • Drop your parcel off at your local USPS Parcel Shop. You can find your nearest Parcel Shop here. Customers can also choose to request a returns pickup from their choice of address
  • Once we’ve received your parcel, we’ll send updates regarding the status of your return to your registered email address
