Shipping policy

 

 Discover our services and get your Christy order delivered in a way that suits you best:


Standard shipping

  • Free for US orders of $50 and over
  • There is a $5 charge for orders under $50
  • Order will be delivered within 3-8 business days
  • Orders will be dispatched Monday through Friday. Deliveries usually happen on weekdays, but sometimes they might occur on weekends depending on the carrier
  • Standard shipping orders will usually be shipped via USPS Ground
  • We are currently only able to offer standard shipping to the contiguous (lower 48) states of the US
  • We do support shipping to ADO/DPO/FPO

 

Expedited shipping (Currently unavailable)

  • Customers may choose to upgrade their order to a 3 business days delivery at an additional fee of $20 (Currently unavailable)
  • Expedited shipping orders will be dispatched Monday through Friday. (Currently unavailable)
  • Orders with expedited shipping must be placed by 12pm EST to ship within the same day. (Currently unavailable)
  • Expedited shipping is not currently supported for ADO/DPO/FPO (Currently unavailable)
  • Expedited shipping orders will usually be shipped by FEDEX or UPS (Currently unavailable)
  • Expedited shipping will not be available during sale periods
  • We are currently only able to offer expedited shipping to the contiguous (lower 48) states of the US. (Currently unavailable)


International delivery
We are currently unable to deliver outside the contiguous (lower 48) states of the US. However, we encourage you to reach out to info@christyhome.com for guidance on our international retailers. Alternatively, we can attempt to arrange delivery to you, but please note that shipping fees, taxes and customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns for international deliveries.

Dispatch estimates
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with a delivery tracking number. You can also track your order by clicking here.
