I reported this immediately to customer service and was advised a replacement would be sent out without delay, 2 weeks in still no notification of shipping details or the goods, will be escalating, nit what you expect from Christy, I’ve had many of their products over the years of which has always been associated with quality."
"Love the colour and am keeping the bath robe. However the fit is a bit skimpy and it’s a bit shorter than I’d expected. I’m a 12 and I’d say in hindsight that’s largely I should’ve gone up to the size recommended as a 14 to16 as it gapes at the bottom when I sit down. I’m only 5 ft 2 so I assume the models are also short in the photos."
