"After my friend recommended these towels to me , I am now Totally disappointed. Firstly when I opened the bag only one towel was wrapped in another bag , while the rest were loose . Where the loose ones Returns ? Because of this, one of the towels got stuck at the bottom of the bag and the threads were pulled … Not at Great start , especially with me being a First User .. So I phoned to arrange an exchange , the gentleman was helpfully."
